Refund policy

All Sales are Final! After an order is placed we cannot stop, cancel or change that order. All preorder ship times are estimated and not guaranteed.

RTS items will be processed and sent within 7-10 business days. We do not provide rush order shipping.

If you order any items that are preorder and also order ready to ship items together, they will not be shipped until preorder is ready! 

Returns

We allow returns for 1 day from the date your item is delivered for damaged items only. You will only receive a full refund if we do not have a replacement. Pictures must be submitted to show defect of any kind. The item must be received in this time period. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. We do not allow exchanges for loungewear or swimsuits. We do not allow returns on items that have been worn or tried on. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in same condition that you received it in, with the tags still attached.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified within 2 business days if you are approved.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed.
